Atheist Evolutionists, i know mutations are wonderful but can you explain how mutations brought about circulatory system?

The heart/ arteries/arterioles/capillaries/venules/veins/red blood cells and white blood cells.

There must have been very small changes of each component as we progressed towards the grand design which was later tested and commissioned through natural selection.

    Now, the more imporatn questiopn:

How is it possible that ALL of the necessary mutations occured at EXACTLY THE SAME TIME so that a cirulatory system could be teh result?

One small step at a time. Over a few billion years all those small steps add up to complex systems. Creationists have been trying to find a complex system that could not be built in many small steps and failed.

    "Grand design" ?

    That is your first problem.

You assume there is a grand design for anything.

The problem also is that you see the end product and are trying to figure out how it got there. You are reverse engineering.

There is no reason to suppose that what started out as one thing would lead to the other. "How can Mr. Smith possibly win the lottery !!???!! It must be the work of God !!"

Well, the day before the lottery there was no more chance of Mr. Smith winning than anyone else. That HE won Saturday is not the proof of God.

That what started out as life 3.5 billion years ago would end up typing on Yahoo Answers is not proof of anything either.

There is no grand design. There was no commissioning.

never did the dissection of grasshopper, worm, and frog back in 7th grade, I take it.

How could something as complex as god, just pop into being fully formed? Compared to your god, the circulatory system is not complicated.

Someone please move this question to the Biology section, where it belongs.

Circulatory systems have evolved independently in different groups, with different blood chemistry and with very different systems to distribute blood. A circulatory system of some sort is a convergent adaptation to large body size, when nutrients and gas cannot diffuse fast enough by osmosis.

The heart of an octopus has three chambers. Ours has four. Their blood is blue and copper-based, ours is red and iron-based. Mollusks evolved all that independently from vertebrates. Insects have a much simpler circulatory system, due to their smaller size, with no closed vessels. Plants have a circulatory system based on surface tension, with no active pumps... so which circulatory system are you talking about, exactly?

There are LOTS of different systems, all evolved independently. Ours just happens to be derived from the one lungfish developed a long time ago, that allowed them to breathe air. Is that the one you are talking about?

Whoops - your ignorance is showing.

First off, this question should be posted in biology not religion as it has really nothing to do with religion. Second there is no grand design in evolution, only optimal fits.Lastly I could show you research done and carefully explain the evolution of every part that you mentioned. The realy question is are you willing to read and understand?

The circulatory system found in higher vertebrates, like us, is an excellent example of evolution in action. Insects and worms have a simpler system and plants have a rudimentary circulation for moving nutrients.

Jesus did not mention evolution or the absence of it. If it was important for salvation, he would have done. Salvation comes from Christ, not from denying science.
