If you are in a court battle and the parties involved are not doing what the judge says should you try to contact the judge?

Or tell the judge that nothing was done when you see him the next court date?

The judge has to remain neutral and cannot talk to you at all.

  • Document, document, document, and talk to your attorney. Have them document it, too. Judges hate the "he said, she said" crap, because they're not lie detectors. You need to document everything you can and be well prepared when you go to court.

Wait until your next court date.
