Ultrasound scan in 2 days and worried something bad is going to happen?

I'm nearly 12 weeks pregnant and my scan is in 2 days, I've been having strong cramps so I'm really worried that something bad will happen when I go? Incase my baby doesn't have a heartbeat or incase I've misscarried it? Help I'm really worried

    Pray and hand it over to God. Because there is nothing else you can do. It will probably be fine.
