Restless some nights?

Ok, so there are some nights when im in bed and im restless. I have to keep moving my hands and legs. Everything feels restless and i just squirm around. My fingers feel like they have to be moving at all times and the only way to calm them down at all is to clench something. I don't know what this is. It doesn't happen every night. But pretty much on a daily bases almost my hands feel restles...kind of like adrenaline has been shot directly into my fingers.

Your body clock may be screwed up or it may be the temperature of your room or something psychological. Best to see a doctor and see what the best option is for you.
