    Median = 114

    Q1 = 110

    Q3 = 136

    ICR = 136 -110 = 26

    Q1 -1.5*ICR = 110 -1.5*26 = 71

    Q3 +1.5*ICR = 136 +39 = 175

    It appears the only outlier is 180.

    _____

    The answer depends on how you've been taught to compute Q1 and Q3. There are at least 3 different methods. The method used here is to find Q1 as the median of the lower half of the data set (excluding the median of the data set). We take a data item on the boundary (71, 175) to be not an outlier. YMMV
