Having Restless nights?
Ok, so there are some nights when im in bed and im restless. I have to keep moving my hands and legs. Everything feels restless and i just squirm around. My fingers feel like they have to be moving at all times and the only way to calm them down at all is to clench something. I don't know what this is. It doesn't happen every night. But pretty much on a daily bases almost my hands feel restles...kind of like adrenaline has been shot directly into my fingers.

Schedule an appointment with your family doctor. When the doctor asks what brings you in today show them what you have written here. Use that as a basis for having a frank discussion on how you are doing. They can do a full physical and neurological workup to see if have a medical condition that needs to be addressed. They can also check if anything you are taking or doing may be causing or contributing to your issue. They can refer you to a sleep specialist for a sleep study. Your family doctor can refer you to a mental health professional who can evaluate your mental state. Once a diagnosis has been made, treatment options can be discussed.

Record which nights you experience this and see if you can find a pattern. It could possibly be stress-related, depending on how much caffeine you consume, or something else.

Magnesium supplements may help, it's very common to be deficient in magnesium and that can be a side effect.
