Is what I m experiencing sensory overload or anxiety?

So basically every time I enter a store or anything like a store I feel like I m going to basically pass out. For instance I walk into a store from outside and the lighting changes. It triggers something in my head to make me feel like I m passing out. Or sometimes the noise does it. My head like tries to process what everyone is saying and it can t and it makes me very light headed. (I m sorry if this makes absolutely no sense). When I was younger I used to pass out when getting my blood drawn so my head keeps that memory of what it feels like to pass out. So like every time I go to a store I feel like I m going to pass out because of the noise and lighting changes. It s just really hard to explain what I m feeling but the only way to keep myself from having this feeling is drinking really cold water or something that takes the attention away from my surroundings. Thanks that this is so long. Also sorry if it doesn t make a lot of sense. It s just really hard to explain...

The feeling of being about to faint--or actually fainting--is a common symptom of anxiety disorder. You need treatment.
