What website design program would you suggest for a small business owner who has very little time for website design?
I’m still using FrontPage 2003, but it’s long, long past time to move on. I was planning on moving to Serif WebPlus X8, but Serif has abandoned it and says they have no plans for a replacement.
Any suggestions for something simple but flexible that doesn’t require 10,000 hours of devotion to master?

In this day an age, CMS (for example Wordpress or Joomla) are widely used to create websites). So I recommend that you install one of these CMS on your hosting and learn it.
