Why isn't Jesus talked about in history books?
When I was in schools growing up, I learned history like everyone else. And I just realized hat jesus isn't part of history. Nor it's mentioned. And I've learned about dinosaurs and cavemen and Adam and Eve aren't talked about.

Because he is not a historical person. He is just a character in poor fiction that is a collection of different writings with many huge contradictions,. No one living at the time Jesus was claimed to live wrote a word about him. If he was as notable as the Bible claims, everyone would have written about him.

Because it can be said that death is one of the greatest enemies of truth, since people often take to their graves information that no other humans know. The exact details of even comparatively recent events—for example, the 1963 assassination of U.S. president J. F. Kennedy—are still a matter of controversy. What are the facts? Who really knows? Many who might know are no longer alive. And if this is true of an event only 26 years in the past, what about events that took place hundreds or even thousands of years ago? Additionally, historians are only human, limited in knowledge and working under the handicap of personal imperfections and possible prejudices. That is why the objective person does well to refrain from being dogmatic about things for which he has no authoritative, divinely inspired record. The Bible is the only history book that talked about Jesus because it is the inspired word of our creator, Jehovah God.

The Holy Scriptures gives us all the information that we need concerning Jesus Christ. He is not just another historical figure. He's the Son of the Almighty God. The scriptures contains exactly what they need concerning him.
Actually, John 21:24,25 says: This is the disciple that bears witness about these things and that wrote these things, and we know that the witness he gives is trus. There is in fact many other things also which Jesus did, which, if ever they were written in full detail, I suppose, the world itself could not contain the scrolls written.
The Bible gives us everything we need to know, understand, and believe about Jesus our redeemer.

History is chosen by educator who are told what teach. They associate Jesus with the teaching of religion and God. Because of this nonbeliever might take offense.
Reference Bible Ec 12:12
As regards anything besides these, my son, take a warning: To the making of many books there is no end, and much devotion [to them] is wearisome to the flesh.
2 Timothy 3:16 All Scripture is inspired of God+ and beneficial for teaching,+ for reproving, for setting things straight,* for disciplining in righteousness,+ 17 so that the man of God may be fully competent, completely equipped for every good work.

Historians and governors mention Christ.
Government is the one that has decided not to teach about Christ in schools.

Yes, he is. Jesus is mentioned by historians.
Jesus is not mentioned in text books because religion is illegal to be taught in school.

I think what you mean to say is, why wasn't Jesus Christ talked about in the history books that I saw? You see, when you say "history books", you're generalising. Just because you may not of learned of Jesus Christ in history books does not mean others have not.
I, for example, have learned about both through the Bible and through history books too. Please do not make generalisations in the future based on your anecdotal evidence.

Jesus is not found in history books because he did not exist that is why he is only mentioned in fiction, i.e. the Bible. Jesus was an agitator in a part of the Roman Empire governed by Pilate who was ruthless and eventually called back to Rome due to the extent of his brutality. If this agitator had been crucified and then came back to life the Romans would have been really interested and they would have had their army searching for him anywhere. Yet not one contemporary Jewish or Roman writer makes mention of what would have been the equivalent of headline news.
