Are the morals of a drug dealer or cartel member in alignment with your good and bad?

Are the morals of a pastor in alignment with your good and bad?

Based on your own criteria all you are saying is that one person's good and bad are just as "right" as yours.

IOW, you get to define what good and bad is.

I don't believe in God, but morality cannot be simplified to utilitarianism either.

Of course they don't. These people are fed stories about an all powerful dictator who blows up cities, murders families on a bet, drowns planets for fun, and has an apparent penchant for murdering children, they read these stories, or hear them, and then turn around and say "Oh wow, god is so loving because he COULD wipe us out in an instant, but he doesn't!" It's like being thankful that your abusive boyfriend doesn't kill you, but just keeps punching your face daily. Meanwhile, sane people are on the sidelines like "There are less painful men out there who aren't douchebags! Just go be with one of them!" But no, they won't. They like the abuse for some twisted reason. Probably because they've been subjected to it since they were four.

Ask any moral person what they would think of a father subjecting his own son to torture for the crimes of others, and they'll tell you the father is blatantly screwed in the head. But add in magic fruit, talking donkeys, and a few miracles stolen from other religions and suddenly it becomes the most moral thing ever.
