I acidentally kneed a dog in the head?

I was running up the stairs and my cousins dog was following me but he dashed out to the step in front of me and my knee hit his head. It was a pretty hard hit and he yelped. It hurt my knee so I can only imagine what his head feels like. He's pretty little, 25 pounds. He's acting fine and running around but should I be worried about head trauma? I feel terrible and gave him pets and treats to make up gor it.

Only you can be the judge of action here. It's up to you, if he's running around and playing I wouldn't worry about it.

So as an "apology" for this, you stuffed it with useless treats that will only contribute to the dog having obesity problems down the road. Good going.

You will be arrested for animal abuse.

Relax, if the dog is not feeling well, get the dog checked out by a vet.

    The dog will be fine.

They are tougher than you think

No need to make a big fuss of it and treat it.

    Dogs do not understand apologies.
