Should I tell my doctor about medications I don't take anymore?
While I was away at school, I was prescribed Zoloft and a few other medications that I took for a month or so. I have a physical coming up soon with my regular doctor at home, and I know they usually ask if I'm on any medication. Should I still mention Zoloft even though it was temporary and I don't take it anymore?

There's no need to tell the nurse in the initial questioning about current medications, but you should make a point of letting your doctor know. It might be important information again in the future.
