I read that candida is always in a woman's gut but flairs when sugar's abused. Are sites claiming a cure con jobs?

Docs class candida as thrush etc. They believe it can only cause a problem in certain areas.

Alternative medicine practitioners believe it can travel all around causing all sort of symptoms.

If some1 believes they have it then getting a test is the best thing to do. Finding a good alternative medicine practitioner can be hard.

From my own experience candida is normally a secondary infection with parasites, heavy metals, sibo, or Leaky gut etc being the main cause.

To rebalance candida it takes the right diet, all root causes being treated, & certain supplements ranging from anti fungals to digestive enzymes etc.

Each persons recovery is different, just like the root causes would be.

Some do well on a diet with fruit included some it can make worse.

Some find they cant eat low carb diet, while others can.
