It's not working at the moment because the so-called president is making it irrelevant. The rest of the world is already laughing at him and us and just working around him. Even Congress is side stepping the so-called president.

The 'parts' of American government 'invented' by American Democrats seem to work very badly, and cost even more than one would expect. Democrat federal public housing is a good example. But the COSTLIEST example would be: Federal Democrat Healthcare 'management'...Even insane Democrats (like Bernie) admit that over the LAST 50 years, Democrats have made the cost of 'Democare' 3X what every other commie in the world pays.
