Yes. That was pretty obvious, wasn't it?

One of the first things he did as president was cut the money going to Obamacare by 60%

Why do you stupid brain dead liberal idiots continue to ask such stupid questions that make you look even more stupid than you already are? If that is at all possible.

No. But he has said he would. Or is it a threat. This is making it hard for insurance company's to stay in it. Either way he is the one making it unstable.

Obamacare was already a disaster for those of us who were forced off of our affordable and usable health insurance. Obamacare is VERY expensive "crap" insurance. Become informed by researching things, truly looking into them, before speaking about them. A mind is a terrible thing to waste.

I had to research Obamacare extensively when my insurance was cancelled. I found out how awful Obamacare health insurance is and saw my premiums and deductibles more than double in the first year alone. Eventually it became so expensive I was forced to find an alternative, a health share plan. Technically I do not have health insurance. I have a health share plan that is working.

That's all the GOP ever does. They whine and moan about how awful government is doing, then do all they can to cut funding to programs.

This is why the GOP can no longer function if it is in control of any level of government.

Why throw money into a hole? The ACA was failing before Trump took office and has about two years of life left before complete implosion. Also, when you crunch the numbers, all the ACA really insured was a million people, not the 20 million that Obama was touting.
