What makes someone a nineties kid by your personal definition?

A kid that loves and enjoys all or most things 1990.

Anyone born in the 90s

90 yrs old but still a kid inside

Someone who grew up in the 90s but was born early enough to experience it properly, for example I was born in 1988 so the 90s was my childhood but someone born as late as 1995 in my opinion is not a 90s kid because they were too young to experience the major kid events of the 90s such as the toys, tv shows and movies, music groups and fashion.

There parents do it all the time.

They talk endlessly about Friends and Seinfeld.

I suppose its someone born between Jan 1990 and Dec 1999
