Should I sell my house?

The housing market is booming here, homes are on the market for no more than a week, I could get some decent money in equity but then I can't afford a new house in this market. Anyone have a "hunch" the market is going to go down? I'd be happy to sell, make money, pay off my debt, save a little bit and buy again when the market goes down IF that's going to happen. Or should I hold on to my house because I'll never find a home this low in cost ever again?

You could try to guess what the housing market is going to do and bet all your money on it, or you could go to the casino and bet it all on a throw of the dice.

You'd probably have better odds at the casino.
