My aunt is my dad's sister. My aunts husband (my uncle) has a brother. My uncles brother has a son. Is he my cousin?

    He's not actually directly related to you at all, but very oftn people would refer to him as your second cousin

    Not really, no. Cousins have to be at least slightly related by blood to be real cousins.

    No, being cousins requires you to have at least one common ancestor. In this case you don't so you're not.

    The son of your Uncle's Brother in Law is not related to you, legally or in blood line.

    Go for him if you like him.
