I'm scared I'm going to get the stomach virus from the places I've been today?!?
In the morning i had to go for a well check up at the doctor but they also take sick people but they have separate rooms and check up rooms too so we don't share anything, but then again we share the same doctor so I am worried I am going to get a virus from going there? Then I went to my hair dresser to get my hair bleached and I was worried if any vomit (I saw nobody vomit) got on me or I picked up any stomach viruses??! Does this sound ridiculous? I really just don't wanna throw up it's my birthday weekend

It is either your fear of your birthday being ruined or an obsession. I wouldn't worry only because whether you get a stomach virus or not, worrying wouldn't have changed it.
I can offer you some advice on what docs and nurses do to avoid getting sick at the office...
1. Drink plenty of water
2. Avoid sugar
3. Wash everything you had at the doctor's with you, including your clothes, disinfect anything you had with you. Phone, whatever. You can use Lysol disinfectant wipes or put a small amount of hand sanitizer on a paper towel and use that.
4. Don't bite your nails because many bacteria get stuck underneath them between the skin and nail, so also use a nail brush on your nails with some antibacterial soap.

Don't worry!! You'll be fine:) I'm at the hospital and doctors all the time!! And I've never caught anything from there:)

It's not ridiculous. I have had diarrhea from unclean staff not washing their hands, and also unclean water, at my apartment. I will have a colonoscopy in a few months, and that scares me.
