Love the Argan Life pro ducts. Have tried so far and love them both. The shampoo does NOT lather and it is free sulphate . When used corr ectly I love this sham poo, oil and can tell it's so much better for my hair than the other products I had used pre viously.

Castor oil
1. Take shower and condition your hair
2. dry hair but make sure scalp is damp and somewhat wet
3. take some oil and rub it on the scalp and hair that's with the scalp
CHOICE IS YOURS 4. You can choose to leave it on through out the day or apply before bed time if you take night showers and wash it off next day....Apply It atleast 4 times a week the first weeks you get started with it, after that no more than 2 times week on different days of course. worked for me hope this helps..
