The bill says nothing about forced abortion, and if it did that would be unconstitutional. What it does is require insurance companies to cover the full range of reproductive services, including abortion. It's not requiring anyone to submit to any medical procedure they don't already want.
It does, unfortunately, allow religious employers to claim exemption, though. Private religious beliefs should NEVER be allowed to stand in the way of an individual's personal decisions about their medical health.
