Your question is misleading. He is NOT a wanted man merely for talking about "mistakes" in the Bible or Hinduism. And no, he hasn't been arrested or released. He is still a fugitive from justice.
"The National Investigation Agency [of India] on Thursday approached Interpol for issuing a red corner notice (RCN)+ against controversial Islamic preacher Zakir Naik, who is being probed for terror and money laundering charges. ... The Interpol RCN against Naik would mean that he will be declared an international fugitive and could be arrested by any agency around the world. Naik is accused of spreading hatred by his provocative speeches, funding terrorists and laundering several crores of money over the years."

So you are saying people are not allowed to say what they believe, that they have to either conform or stay quiet.
There are mistakes in the Bible, there are differences between the sources of Hindu and Islam - why would you ban someone from the entire planet for pointing that out?
