Selling home made beauty products?

Well, it's not really home made. I'm thinking of outsourcing from china, and reselling it on amazon in my own packaging as a set. What are the rules for home made products? Am I allowed to dump something out into my own jar with my label on it? It doesn't seem right, but I don't know what else to do! any help would be appreciated.

It doesn't seem right because it is not right. Your intuition is working. Listen to it. Also, creams, makeup, food - all have specific legalities and health regulations that must be met. When you open a jar of cream and put it into your own jar, you are contaminating the product. The jar would first off, have to be sterile. Second, under supervision. You cannot and should not do anything like that in your own home. If you are not willing to do your own research in such a thing, then don't try it.

    It's illegal to do that.
