This guy i have a crush on notices the smallest details about me and my belongings It's like he watches me carefully
and takes note of what I do and how I do it, and what I own
For example if I'm sitting next to him and am on my phone, it's like he can't help but peek at my phone and notice what I'm doing. Like if I'm texting one of my friends he'll ask me about them
Are some guys just very observant or do people generally not pay attention that closely to every single person? Because to be honest I haven't really noticed him doing this with everyone else but who knows right?

Of course we are. Aren't you extra observant around boys you're interested in? That doesn't necessarily mean that's what this guy is feeling, but it COULD mean that.

that's most of us. its pretty much how we get to know about a girl, especially if she's pretending to be someone she's not

Absolutely. When someone is interested, they are observant. That's how that sort of thing works.
