Is getting drunk once every two weeks and no alcohol at all during the two weeks good?

What damage does alcohol do if you get too drunk and how long does it take to repair?

If you are physically active and eat healthy, your kidneys and liver can fully repair themselves in 5 days.

Drinking binges do take a toll on the body, but 2 weeks in-between would allow for your body & organs recuperate.

    Its all about moderation.

Everybody's body is different. Just don't drink as much when you get drunk and snack on something before drink. I drink 4 beers every night, and feel just fine now. Even a doctor would probably tell you the a couple of drinks a day is probably good for you, not getting drunk.

Over the course of how long? Like you're entire life? Generally speaking, that doesn't seem bad to me. Unless you're getting black out drunk every two weeks. Then it might be an issue.
