Does my sister have a right to be mad at my wife?
My brother in-law was serving in Iraq for a year and at Christmas time my wife sent him a nativity scene and a small Christmas tree, my sister got angry with her because she felt that he is her husband and that she should be the one too send him those things and that my wife should have asked her first.

You mean, is she justified in being mad? That's a subjective thing, friend. SHE finds herself justified, obviously, and just as obviously, neither you nor your wife agree with her. So who's right?

I can understand it, but I think she is over-thinking the situation and instead should be appreciative someone else took the time and effort to do something thoughtful for him.
