Worst customer you've ever had to deal with?

A worthless bored old pervert who told me I needed to use Lipozene. He was proportionally more overweight than I am. I just smiled and chuckled. I waited on a couple more customers while he messed around looking at things then he came back and I asked what he needed. He said "Seriously, you need to start taking it." I told him that was his opinion and therefore I didn't need it. He came back a few minutes later and asked if I felt insulted. With a big smile, I told him no, I was amused that it was so important to him when we would never see each other again. He kept trying to make me break down but I didn't. After a few more increasingly personal comments from him, I ordered him out of the store and made sure he did not bother any customers on the way out.

I worked at a doctor's office. A woman came in for an emergency. She had an ingrown toenail and it was Friday afternoon. She was pissed because she had to wait for an hour. She had no appointment and the doctor was counseling a patient and her family who just found out she had terminal cancer. All the toenail lady could do was whine.
