Can my dad be in my house?

My dad is not assigned to my families section 8. And he got a job that is a half an hour away so what can he do?

    You have to ask that question to your case worker who knows your situation.

    I doubt that the landlord will allow it under the regulations. If an extra tenant gets caught, you get rid of him or you lose your apartment.
