What the best medicine for season allergies?

I allergies to grass and weed and non stop sneezing after sporting event or bike ride. My eye do watery a lot i want to itchy my eye and my nose get snuff . What medicine work the best?,

Spring the worst season then summer.

    Flonase is da bomb! it's OTC and a little expensive, but worth every penny! cleared me up so fast it was scary!

    Claritin (pills) and the like are the only things that really help my allergies.
