How many new world views have their been in Human History? What are they?

an example of a new world view would be The Copernican Revolution. This is when the whole of mankind faces a conceptual development, certain aspects of reality come to be seen from a radically different perspective. In Dialectic Theory, (Hegel, Philosophy of Development, Philosophy of History) this is the phenomenon known as the Sythesis.

    Google "The Day The Universe Changed" by James Burke.

    That was what the series was about.

    That point in history when how we saw the universe radically changed.
