Yes , but it still won't matter if the defense constantly allow more points.

The problem the cowboys will have is if their defense can hold other teams down. They will score but without defense it's hard to win. The packers have had a great offense the past several years but when they get in the playoffs they can't score enough against a great defense. The cowboys may have the same problem
