Will a diesel pickup pass nys inspection with a dpf delete?

Im getting confused with ith everything online, for example say its a 2007 lbz. Will it pass inspection without a dpf, ( straight pipe all the way back) also say i want to do an egr delete and pcv re route, and put a tune on will this still pass,?

    Not even close. NY uses California's CARB rules. You will fail even if you have a non-approved DPF.

    It will most certainly fail the visual inspection.

    its only the air we all breath feel free to piss all over the world. Why are you so important you think you can remove the emission control's on your dirty diesel? Go take it for inspection with out the emission controls and see if it passes lucky the inspection mob wont dog you into the epa.
