Have you ever known a person who is nice but they still drive you crazy?
Someone who is not mean but kind, educated and generous.
But has some bad personality traits that just drive you up the wall to the point that you avoid being around that person.
For example I have a family member that has a real bad habit of interrupting people in mid sentence and then tries to talk over you. This person is oblivious to the fact that they are doing it.
That is just one example.

So have everyone continue talking even if your friend interrupts.
Record it so you can play it back so there's no doubt as to what happens.
Then lovingly teach your friend.
Many doctors do this, anyone in a power position also tend to interrupt.

Oh, yeah, i think so, a friend from School, she was a Girl, but, Hot as F*ck, her a*s looks like two Melons, but, anyways, why her drived me crazy, well, she was a very Nice girl with Everybody in our School, but, she was horny for every boy in our class, except for me, maybe she wanted me only as her friend, but, they still treated me well, maybe she liked me in Secret Lol Hahahahahahahaha, can looks weird, but, that's typical person of your Question for me Lol, but, i not hate her or avoided her, a person like that is my Cousin, she's a F*cking Sl*t whose wants to f*ck with me, (yeah, you didn't heared wrong, her own Cousin) but i don't want for two Reasons, the First one: She's my Cousin, and the Second one: She's a fully BBW girl, which means she's Disgusting, her a*s is big, but, Big in the Exagerated sense, her a*s looks like the Earth and Mars Together, she's a nice person, but, her attitude made me avoid her and her presence at the Max, i hate her Attitude towards me

My friend is the nicest person i know but she is also the most irritating as well it got 2 the point where I started avoiding her but in the end she asked why, I had 2 fess up now she isn't as annoying

Interrupting people is not "nice". It is actually quite hostile. I usually communicate to such a person that that is not acceptable and if they persist, then they can find someone else to talk to.

I have a friend like that. She's kind and fun and all but she's a bit of an airhead and interrupts people without realizing. But once we point it out to her, she always apologizes.
