which should be my first priority. A stabilizer or a microphone?

I am a hobby film maker on a budget I was wondering which item I should get first a dslr stabilizer or a microphone.

I mainly dont use audio on my videos and my 650d's inbuilt microphone is alright with some audio editing, but i do really want my videos to be smooth rather than ultimate shake.

Which should i prioritize

A stabilizer as that is the main thing you NEED based on your description. If you, later on, buy a mic, then you can always edit, replace or modify the audio, but the video will mostly remain the same. And your camera's mic is good enough.
