Will any body parts, such as doors and fenders from a 1989 truck fit a 1995 truck?
Also will the cabs interchange?

Yes, SOME body parts will swap out. General Motors built the 4th generation C/K pickups (GMT400 platform) from 1988 to 1998. While the headlights, grilles and trim changed a bit, the basic body remained the same.
Check with your friendly local auto salvage yard. They should have a reference manual that tells them which body parts are a direct swap between model years.
