    he wants you to strive to be "noticed, unique" that kinda thing. To be outstanding not just ordinary, to shine shorta speak, not just fade into the crowd of being the same blah as everyone else. To find something you and only you can excel at.

    If you can actually be invisible, always be that. That'd be cool.

    But he probably means not to let people ignore you or push you around.

    He wants you to be noticed and make something of yourself. In other words, just don't fade into the crowd.
