Quantum particles like quarks, maisons and bosons spin and their spinning is what creates the larger subatomic particles that we call protons, neutrons and electrons.

All atoms (known matter) are comprised of protons, electrons and neutrons. Atoms that stick together in various combinations of these three make what we identify as chemicals.

When various chemicals stick together they create compounds that we identify as molecules, and it is various molecules that are the building blocks of living matter.

Living matter is comprised of various combinations of different types of cells, giving rise to visible living matter.

Contrary to inert matter like dirt or water, living matter actually fights against the natural order of the universe, which is entropy.

It is in this fight against entropy that distinguishes living matter from inert matter. Life does what is necessary to NOT fall apart, which apparently is reproducing itself (as all bodies must succumb to entropy).

first they put a numbing gel on your gums with a swab

    next you get a shot

then you wait 10 minutes or so and if you are not numb you get another shot

then you wait another 10 minutes and they will either ask if you are numb or test by squirting cold water and asking if you feel it

then they drill out the decay

    then they fill your tooth

then they shine a blue light on it to set it so it dries hard

then you sit up and bite on articulating paper.

then they grind your filling down because 99.9% of the time they will have filled it too high

then they have you bite on paper again. then you are either done and pay your bill and go home, or they grind it down more if it still isn't right.
