Will I lose weight this way ?

I'm over 200 pounds. I'm having only 1200 cals a day. Maybe 1300. My diet consists of whole grains, lean meats, steak occasionally, fruits, Greek yogurt, and veggies. I only have carbs with one meal a day for right now. I walk for at least an hour in the mornings and then I do weight training exercises for arms, legs, and stomach. Will I lose weight this way?

    All depends on many Calories you are consuming vrs how many you burn.

    I would stay away from yogurt unless it's tne plain one.

    Sounds like you should loose weight but again watch tne calorie intake

    Actually, if you're lifting, you really want to actually be eating more, food fuels your muscles and whatnot. But don't take my word for it, do a quick Google search for yourself. And as for your question, seeing as everyone has a different body mass and a different height, there is no "right" answer for this question.
