Am I a low tenor or a high tenor?

I am now having the ease to sing the passaggi and high notes. I can sing songs that some sit in a high tessitura and some in a medium tessitura but most of the time I sing medium high keys. My passaggi lies at C#4 - F#4 and my tessitura can phonate easily around C4 - E4 being G3 - G4. My highest notes are B4 and C5 (tenor high C) with occassional lows down to A2 and highs up to E5 above tenor high C either falsetto or modal voice.

Update:

Am I a dramatic tenor, spinto tenor, or lyric tenor?

There really is no difference between Low Tenor and High Tenor, unless you are going into opera or classical singing, which in this case, the terms are either Lyric, Spinto, and Dramatic, respectively. However, those classifications are based on timbre and tessitura, not range.

Keep it in mind, that classification in general is based on timbre and tessitura, providing that nothing improper is happening (some baritones dangerously get classified as a tenor, when in reality they are closing their throat, leading to a brighter sound). A darker sound is more baritonal, while a brighter sound is tenor. However, only a proper voice teacher can be able to classify you properly, as you can not hear your timbre properly yourself.

Your voice type seems to lean towards a baritone more than a tenor.

There is no such thing as a low tenor or a high tenor. A tenor is a tenor,

whose comfortable singing range is from C4 to C5. What you call a low tenor is more of a baritone, who can easily and comfortably sing the notes from C4 to A4. Some baritones can even sing the tenor high C (C5) on occasion, but have difficulty singing the notes around C5 for an extended period.
