Is social anxiety the answer to why I think people can read my mind?
Whenever I'm mad or scared I always feel like everybody can read my mind and know what I'm saying in my head. I tried looking it up and got a ton of results like "schizophrenia", "bipolar" and other disorders I don't think I have. I do however know I'm socially anxious, so does that have any correlation?

OCD obsessive compulsive disorder - no it's not about washing your hands it's not about counting The real problem with OCD is intrusive thoughts and that's what you're having unrealistic intrusive thoughts
