How can I quit being so nervous over every thing? I am about to have a heart attack!?
This year will be my 5th at the high school with all the same teachers an same principle an every thing an I had to go pick up my schedule last week just like I had five times before but I was SO NERVOUS the night before that I was up barfing an crapping diarea all night, I was having nightmares about picking up my schedule.
One time I was at Sears with my pawpaw an my best friend Stephen was their. I saw him an got SO SCARED I was hiding an my pawpaw was like "isn't that Stephen? Isn't he you're friend?" But I was so nervous that I stuck my head in one of the round clothing racks an barfed an barfed barfed. My pawpaw was so mad he threatened to whip me over being stupid!
But I CAN'T HELP IT! I am SO NERVOUS! I balled when I got a haircut cause when I get one during the school year I go to class an people is like "Arnold got a haircut" an I tell you that hurts me so bad!
I also on the first day of school last year started to get on the bus an I was so scared I barfed in my gym bag. Even though it was the same bus an driver an I sat in the same seat with the same kid!
What can I do to not be so nervous all the time?

I got like this last year for school, too, and i still to this day don't know why. It was hard to break the habit, but I figured out how. Whenever you get nervous, take a couple of deep breaths. Also, try to think of happy memories of things you already have done, such as school. If it's something you've never done before, it's perfectly normal to get nervous. Even the first day of school, new schedule, new teachers, etc. That's something to be nervous about. Keep trying!
