I wanna know if I can copy-paste all from system C: disk (128 gb SSD) to a new one SSD of 500 gb?
Also I wanna know if I do that if Windows s gonna see it as system disk C; without any problems?

not completely. you need to actually clone the disk as theres stuff in the bootloader that isnt in the system drive. btw c is just a designation, doesnt actually mean its a system drive.

won't work. copy/paste doesn't move the hidden files used by the system and bios. you need mirror software for this. see cnet.com's downloads section and look for a free program that'll do this. editor's choice if possible

No that will not fully achieve what you want. It will not be a bootable disc.
You need to what is called Clone the disc as described belowto make it a bootable disc.
The program I use is Easeus Disc copy program and select CLONE. It has a fee version.
The identifier C is given by windows to the disc it has loaded from
