What fun things are there to do in NYC after Christmas but before and during New Years. I'm 21 and my boyfriend is 20.?
Please no rude comments. We are looking for other things to do in NYC around December 27-January 3, not just partying options (he can't drink yet). It can be fun, unusual, different, I want lots of options to explore. Not lots of overly expensive ones, some cheap things too.

Watch the ice skaters at Rockefeller Center. Go window shopping at Macy's, and on 5th Ave. and Columbus Ave and West Broadway and the west Village. If the weather is bad, find a museum. You can spend all day at the Museum of Natural History or the Museum of Modern Art or the Metropolitan Museum of Art. If the weather is really bad, stay in your room and watch television.
