I cancelled an order before it could ship, will I get my money back? If so how long will it take to get my money back?

I chose one day shipping for some markers thinking I'm going to get them today and it says it's they're gonna be delivered tomorrow, I don't get it.

My grandma cooked some chicken and it's pink on the inside, I have a hard time trusting my grandmothers cooking these days with steak having a lot of redness or blood, but I had to choose between a piece of chicken with blood or pinkness. I put my cats litterbox in the tub and litter gets everywhere, I normally get a shower brush that my family uses and get all the gross and wet litter down the drain from the brush for your back from the shower which we use daily, I don't clean the brush because I use it for the tub. My father died a few months ago before starting school. The day before I started school to be exact.
