My kitchen floor is falling in?

    Then I guess it needs to be fixed.

    I had my floor replaced about 4 years ago and the guy who replaced it used particle board to redo it. Now the floor is getting soft spots in it like the flooring is coming apart.

    Is there anyway I can force this guy to come back and redo the floor. It will eventually all fall to the ground.
