Is being regarded or treated as a "failure race" oppression?

In a country that elected a black POTUS who appointed black staff and directors, blacks as a whole are not oppressed. Sure they encounter prejudice, but so do we all.

I'm short, I've been disadvantaged by that all my life when it came to promotions and such. Wimpy females have been equally prejudiced against in the work place. Fat people... on and on. We are all prejudice and in turn prejudiced against.

It's hardly oppression for being black when the HS drop out rate is twice that of whites. It's oppression for cause, they have no marketable skills or expertise. No wonder they can't find work.

We whites know that black lives matter. But the issue is, do the blacks really know that? Their gun violence rate is five times that of whites. [FBI Statistics 2013, Table 6] Seems to me blacks are oppressed more by blacks than by whites.
