Once I read a Zen poem. It goes like.. Such silence Like snow falling on the feathers of snow geese.. Does anyone know it full ?

    ....something to do with

    snow geese

    mating

    for ever and for ever with

    the same partner.

    I wish I could relate to that - or maybe not

    yet

    the images are winsomely haunting.

    I guess zen beats normal human weaknesses....most poetic...disillusioning for we hoi polloi ;(

    I`d think haiku might be it?

    Or purchasing silk hand-painted Chinese mountain retreats

    on the cheap

    in questionable Soho joints with fellow mad poets.

    Sorry, I don`t now the full stanza you seek

    but the meandering has been cool.

    I only found this.

    Snow Geese.

    Autumn in the Arctic,

    and over the red tundra streaming,

    like a white silk flag of peace,

    shredded into 10,000 fragments,

    and each fragment like a living kite,

    a bird, flown free, flying,

    10,000 Snow Geese let go

    into the azure, sapphire sky,

    and the birds like diamonds

    sparkling white between sun and earth.

    I dk it but with a glass of wine. and some... sandalwood incense sticks . ....any zen poem about snow geese will be appreciated
