    It doesn`t sound right.

Try ¨I want to learn about the latest news¨.

It is "grammatically correct", but it makes no sense.

Possibly you want to say: "I want to understand the latest news", or maybe simply "I want to receive the latest news ("breaking news") as it happens".

What do you really want to say?

No. It doesn't state what you want to realize.

Realizing is something you do involuntarily so by definition you don't want to do it. You'd just say "I want to know the latest news."

Not really the way to use realize.

If you mean you want to understand about the latest news, that would be the way to say it.
