How to show nervousness?

I've mostly beat nervousness, but I remember trying to wriggle out of situations I was nervous about and when not possible, my voice would go all shaky and wobbly, and sometimes I'd get this tick above my left eye.

Before it pours from the foreheads it breaks out under the arms. You also get really hot and the face flushes.

Stammering, Touching hair, Not making eye contact, making stupid faces, talking nonsense, trying to make others laugh, laughing when there is nothing to laugh,saying bad to yourself, and including the points you mentioned !

Restless, can't stand still for any length of time. Things she thinks she has to keep checking up on - looking out the window, making sure there are no text messages, whatever. Sits down, gets up, sits down , etc.
