  • How would i make a cinematic universe in books?

I understand that each book would have to stand as its own and that every book would need to follow a three act structure.

What i mean is how do i have each book connect? And how do i give it a feel that everything is connected? I would want to make a thriller universe, but what are some ways to connect all of the characters?

This is just something that i would want two write for fun,any advice?

To get into the RAF i've read i need 5 GCSE's and 3 A levels.

I have a GCSE C grade in english, Maths and Science.

I have a level 2 essential skills in ICT

I have a BTEC level 2 business Diploma with grade Distinction

I have a BTEC level 3 business Diploma with grade 2 distinctions and a Merit.

  • Do you think action movies like the MCU could be novels?

Do you think that the movies in the marvel cinematic universe be made into novels.

What i mean by this is do you think stories with that sort of humour and that much action could be made into a novel?

Do you think that books like this could be entertaining, or do you think that there is too much action to hold the readers interest?

  • Opinion on my novels opening?

Every day was the same routine. Alice would wake up and a doctor would help to lift her into a sitting position, so that she could eat her breakfast. Every time a doctor would lift her, her back would ache as if a hot iron was pressing against it, causing her to groan. Her breakfast would consist of high protein foods. “This will help the skin to grow back quicker.” The doctors would tell her.

She would then be given 2 ibuprofen tablets 45 minutes before a nurse would come to wash her burns so that they wouldn’t get infected. Her face was the first to be washed. The nurse would take a damp cloth and gently rub the burned area from Alice’s cheek down to her chin. It was like knives being slowly inserted into her face.

  • opinion on my novels opening?

She met Zoe for the first time when she was just 22 years old. After a long day of work, Alice McCarthy decided to go to Harrington’s, a popular bar in Highpond. It was in this bar that Alice would make one of the most exciting discoveries of her life.

“And how are we today?” asked Mike, smiling as he passed her a bottle of Budweiser “That’ll be $3.80”

“Tired as usual.” Replied Alice, as she handed over a $5 dollar note. “Keep the change.”

“You’re tired so you decided to come to the noisiest bar in the whole town? I like your logic.” he gave a wider grin.

Mark was a tall, black, muscular man who never failed to charm his customers. he wore a plain white **** and a wide grin on his face.

    any advice would be appreciated

  • opinion on protagonist viewpoint change?

In my novel there are two protagonists. Zoe is going to die half-way through the story. However the first half of the novel is going to be told from her POV. Then when she dies the POV will switch to Alice s POV.

My goal in doing this is to shock the reader and make them feel the vulnerability of Alice even stronger in the second half of the story.

Is this a good idea, or should i keep to one POV throughout story?

  • Can someone give me advice on my writing?

The country had changed remarkably over the last 18 months. Martin Rathbone sat back in his comfortable black leather chair with a glass of whiskey in one hand and a cigar in the other. He was looking out the window with a fierce grin on his face. He had never seen such a spectacular view.

Off in the distance. a large fire ball had risen from the ground. It was as if the earth had cracked open and an incredible phoenix had emerged. Even though it looked small from his condo window, Rathbone new the impact that the weapon had done. Radiation would spread through the city and millions of people would die. Savannah had been demolished.

  • Please give me opinions on my writing?

George pulled his Renault Clio to a stop and jumped out of the car. His heart pounding and hands shaking, he sprinted up the hill. His feet were sinking into snow, but no matter how much it slowed him down, he refused to give up. He could feel the wind blowing against him, it was his ears that began to freeze first.

He put his hand in front of his face as he ran, refusing to give in to this storm. What was this storm to him? When he reached the top of the hill, he did not stop running. When he slit on the ice he got back up. When his legs sank too deep in the snow, he pulled them out and took another step. Nothing was going to stop this man.

He would refuse to allow this wind to impact him. He was untouchable. Nothing would stop him. Not the storm of the night or the exhaustion of his body. Not the voice in his head telling him to stop. Not even his lack of appropriate clothing, allowing the cold to ache all over his body. He still continued to run.

He soon came to a fence. That was not going to stop him either. He grabbed the fence and pulled himself over it. He screamed as his arms ached and when he was over he fell into a patch of snow. Everything ached; his arms, legs, chest, head, feet but still he refused to stop. He pulled himself up from the snow and continued towards the cliff.

George’s heart jumped when he looked forward seeing Rachael standing there in the distance. “RACHEAL!” He screamed, ending in coughing and breathlessness.
